Lisa Her

Lisa graduated from University of Phoenix, receiving her Bachelor of Science Healthcare Administration and Bachelor of Arts Business Administration. She has over twenty-three years of experience in the medical field as a Medical Assistant and seventeen years of experience as a Health Center Manager overseeing daily operations in a large, multi-site clinic. Her settings ranged from a non-profit, a profit organization, and federally funded non-profit health centers (FQHC) which aid medically under-served communities and populations. As a leader, she's worked in an Ambulatory Health Care Accreditation program which provides a regional system of community health centers offering primary care, chronic diseases management, pediatric care, women’s health, family dental services, integrated behavioral health services, immediate care services, health education, and prevention services. As a manager, she leads a team of administrative and clinical colleagues.
Lisa enjoys being part of a valued team where both personal advancement and development of skills are respected and where she feels everyone is appreciated. As a Health Center Manager, she practices in the framework of the organizations' mission, vision, and values. As a leader, she focuses on producing excellent patient outcomes and engagement, workforce management, development, and health center efficiency. With her leadership and management skills, she is a visionary guiding her team toward the organizations’ goals and mission. In addition, she has a proven track record of exceeding goals and making critical decisions through a combination of analysis, experiences, and judgement.
