How it works

Our Urgent Care offers the traditional fee-for-service while also accepting many insurance plans. If we are not paneled under your plan, you may be billed an out-of-network fee schedule.

We specialize in non-life-threatening services for children aged 17 years and younger.

For those with no insurance or minimal coverage, we also offer a membership structure for those that may be interested.

Under this membership plan, families pay a reasonable monthly fee which allows for urgent medical care access as needed. (Excessive visits may require renegotiation of monthly fees.) Under this plan, your child will also benefit from “fast tracking”, which helps decrease the wait time to be seen by a doctor, assuming there is not a child with emergent needs. These visits are only charged a nominal co-pay. If other services are needed, (e.g. x-rays, IV hydration, nebulizer treatments), additional fees may apply, but at a discounted rate. Families will have the option to purchase individual plans for each child, or an inclusive family plan, which is based on the total number of children.

Testing for the Pneumonia an X-ray will Miss

Knowing the exact culprit of our children’s infection enables our pediatricians to prescribe the precise treatment to help get our kids feeling better, faster.

How this test helps:

  • IN-HOUSE, while you wait, hospital-grade testing in a rapid, easy to access urgent care

  • 15 MINUTES and up to 15 PATHOGENS (bacteria and virus)

  • SIMPLE nose or throat swab — no “pokes” for blood

  • DEFINITIVE Diagnosis — no need to wait for throat culture and unnecessary or missed antibiotics

When to use this test:

  • Chronic cough (>3-5 days) without an answer

  • Fever and rash

  • Pneumonia not improving on antibiotics

  • Delayed immunizations

  • Recurrent strept throat and want accurate diagnosis

  • Testing for dreaded Mycoplasma (walking pneumonia) and Pertussis (whooping cough) where treatment differs from standard pneumonia antibiotics
