She went above and beyond in a thorough check up as well as request different referrals for my child. She answered all of my questions and provided testing for everything to get us answer which gave me ease.Jonathan was also the most delightful nurse! The prescriptions were called in immediately and filled before we even got home. “My husband and I could not have been more impressed with this office! The staff were so kind and helpful. We turned the house upside down trying to find my son’s insurance card and Anthem doesn’t have 24/7 customer service. I finally called Rainbow Kids and they were able to find it and confirm they accepted it.
The place was very clean and kid friendly. They have a little snack station and the nurse was so sweet with bubbles and stickers to get through the poking and prodding. Most importantly, they got us in and out quickly! My husband and I have said multiple times in the last 24 hours how grateful we are to have a true pediatric urgent care in Folsom!”
